It is impossible to choose just one moment from such an incredible day. For my husband, the moment he thinks most about was reading his vows to me at the altar, surrounded by all of our family and friends who we hadn’t seen in almost three years while we were living abroad. It rained on our wedding day so the ceremony had to be moved indoors, but this turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the room was gorgeous and truly intimate. For me, our first dance stands out as a particularly special moment. Everything moves so fast on your wedding day and it can be a challenge to take things in. During our first dance, my husband encouraged me to take in the moment and it was then that I was able to fully appreciate the beauty of the venue, the love and support from those celebrating us, and just how lucky we were to have each other.
