How many guests can I bring to a wedding dress shopping appointment?
Shopping for your wedding dress is a once-in-a-lifetime moment – one that’s meant to be shared with the people who love you most. There’s something so special about having your family, friends, or partner beside you as you find the dream dress.
Bring the people who light you up – your closest few who understand your vision, encourage you to be yourself, respect your budget, and are endlessly in your corner and will cheer you on no matter what. With them beside you, the whole experience feels even more joyful.
We’re happy to welcome up to 3 guests, for a party of 4 including you, so your appointment stays relaxed, personal, and focused on you. If you have a larger group or need a specific date, just give us a call – we’ll always do our best to accommodate and make it work.
Is there an appointment fee?
Except for Saturday, appointments are free to book – we simply hold your spot with a credit card. Saturday, our most-requested day, has a $75 appointment fee, charged when you book.
When you reserve any day, we set aside a private fitting room, a time slot, and a personal stylist all for you – so we ask that you confirm in advance:

Please note – the holidays we’re open for are busy too. Saturdays, Sundays, and the holidays we’re open for are our busiest days. If a weekend or holiday appointment isn’t confirmed by its deadline, we release your room and stylist to another bride.
If you arrive without having confirmed, we may not be able to see you. You’re welcome to wait while we check for any openings that day, but a fitting room and stylist can’t be guaranteed.

All Other Days, Sunday-Friday – Free to Book
- No appointment fee – we simply hold your spot with a credit card.
- A $75 no-show fee applies only if you neither cancel by your deadline nor show up.
- Cancel in time or come to your appointment, and there’s no charge at all.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Life moves quickly, and we completely understand – we’re always happy to help you find a better time. We just ask for a little notice so we can offer your spot to another bride who may be waiting.
- Need to confirm, reschedule, or cancel? Just reach us by 5:00 PM, two days before your appointment.
- Let us know in time, and there’s no charge – we’ll happily rebook you.
- If we don’t hear from you by your deadline, we’ll release your spot to another bride. On weekends and holidays especially, this means we may be unable to see you if you arrive without confirming.

A little early notice lets us give every bride our full, unhurried attention – it keeps our days running smoothly, especially in our busy season, so your time with us feels as special as it should.
