From start to finish they did an amazing job
I bought my wedding dress and got it altered here. From start to finish they did an amazing job. I never had to wait more than a few min, I always got through to someone when I called, everyone was helpful and knowedgeable, and the alterations were perfect. You won’t be disappointed.
Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience. Bought my dress here, under $2K budget! I worked with Jenny; she paid attention to my description of what I had in mind and only pulled dresses that were within my price point. I ended up choosing the second dress I tried on. I spent 2.5hrs in the store and never felt rushed.
Huge fitting rooms, gorgeous dresses, AMAZING alterations
After leaving Kleinfelds crying this was the best breath of fresh air. No pressure sales. Caring, competent, sweet staff. Huge fitting rooms, gorgeous dresses, AMAZING Alterations staff! Did I mention how great the staff is… cause it can’t be said enough!
Everyone in the salon was so warm and helpful
This store is a gem on the second floor of juicy couture on 5th ave. Renee was such a help, the sweetest kindest consultant who respected my budget and listened to every comment I made until she brought me a Martina Liana gown that I fell in love with. She let my mom and I go have lunch, think it over and go to our other bridal appointments (Klienfeld’s is really not worth your time) and when we returned a few hours later she was there to help me into the dress one more time and had me sized and everything ordered in minutes. Everyone in the salon was so warm and helpful. Good selection of beautiful and unique gowns and WONDERFUL costumer service. HIGHLY recommend them, but try on some dresses before you go so that you can make the best of your visit since you’ll know more of what you’re looking for.

This bridal shop is a girl’s dream come true! My experience with the owner Carrie, bridal stylist Renee and seamstress May was nothing less than perfect – they are all very professional and give honest and helpful comments when helping brides find their dream gown – even though they are always packed, I never felt rushed and was given lots of time to decide and try on many gowns. They also carry gowns from UK designers that are not found in other stores! – every bride should give this store a try!
A breath of fresh air
This shop is wonderful with a beautiful selection of dresses. My bridal stylist was sweet, attentive and did her best to find me the perfect dress… I found the store to be impeccable, the service outstanding (Renee and Carrie were great) and the dresses stunning. I’m so glad I bought my dress here as Wedding Atelier is a breath of fresh air compared to so many of the other snooty or factory-like bridal shops I visited in the city.
