Inbal Dror, the leading designer of wedding dresses and evening dresses in Israel, graduated from The Shenkar Fashion Art Academy in Tel Aviv. Her designs are exquisite and designed to flatter the female form, and are crafted using the finest fabrics with an expert eye for detail. She went to Milan, Italy to study at the fashion house of Roberto Cavalli for four years, then launched her eponymously named couture brand in 2005, followed by her bridal label in 2014. She designed the wedding dress of Ivanka Trump and has also designed gowns for Beyoncé, Naomi Watts, and other celebrities.
The LaPremiere and Inbal Dror collaboration was inspired by the legend of the mermaid, featuring alluring lace long sleeve wedding dresses and ethereal backless wedding dresses to highlight the sinuous contours of the body. With a minimalist, yet structured approach to design, each wedding dress is cut, restructured, and shaped by boning. By combining elements of hazy gauze and lace, the legend of the mermaid and blue sea are depicted throughout each ethereal wedding dress. The brides are as noble and sexy as mermaids, showcasing their femininity while highlighting their curves.
