Since childhood, Stephanie Cachapuz dreamed of becoming a fashion designer, creating gowns reminiscent of the princess dresses she admired in films. At the age of 15, she received her first sewing machine from her grandmother, a gift that marked the beginning of her journey through studies in cutting, sewing, illustration, and pattern making. By 16, she had already entered the fashion industry, producing custom blouses and participating in fairs and bazaars throughout Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

In 2011, Stephanie earned her degree in Fashion Design from Faculdade Senai-CETIQT, later continuing her education in Paris through specialization courses at Parsons Paris and the École de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne. She went on to work with renowned labels within Rio’s fashion scene before opening her own atelier in 2012, dedicated to the creation of exclusive gowns.

In 2019, she introduced Stephanie Cachapuz Petit, a children’s line designed for young girls whose mothers had long dreamed of dressing their daughters in Stephanie’s creations. The following year, she launched her ready-to-wear collection, offering versatile pieces available for online purchase—perfect for civil ceremonies, elopements, pre-wedding photo sessions, and intimate weddings.
