WEDDING ATELIER APPOINTMENT BOOKING FEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Wedding Atelier is a by-appointment ONLY bridal boutique. We pride ourselves in providing a chic New York City boutique shopping environment and dedicate time and staff for your appointment to ensure your shopping experience is an unforgettable one. We ask you to please READ through our appointment policies & guidelines, terms and conditions below so you can decide the type of appointment you’d like to book with us.
Due to the seasonality of the bridal industry, we have divided a calendar year into 2 seasons. It is (a) summer months (May 1 to September 30) and (b) rest of the year bridal planning months (October 1 to April 30). We have different appointment booking fees for these 2 seasons for different appointment types. Please make sure you understand the fee structure when choosing your appointment type and date.
The appointment fee will be processed at the time your appointment request is submitted online, or during the administrative/operations department’s business hours, Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm. Should your request come through over the weekend or off hours, we might have to charge you as you walk into our space for your appointment.

Terms and Conditions

A. Summertime = May 1 to September 30

  1. Bridal/Evening Dress Appointment –
    1. Saturday & Sunday – An $50 appointment booking fee will be required during these summertime months
    2. Monday to Friday – NO FEE will be required during these summertime months
  2. Sample Sale Dress Appointment at either 72 Madison Ave. or 240 Madison Ave. location, during the week or on the weekend –
    1. An $25 appointment booking fee will be required on any day at either location during these summertime months
  3. 2nd Bridal/Evening Dress Appointment
    1. Monday to Thursday, Friday & Sunday – NO FEE will be required if you come back on these days during summertime months
    2. Saturday – Another $50 appointment booking fee will be required if you come back on a Saturday during summertime months
  4. Accessories Appointment
    1. NO FEE will be required if you come on Friday, Sunday (3:30pm – 5:30pm ONLY) & between Monday to Thursday during summertime months
    2. Saturday – An $50 appointment booking fee will be required during summertime months
  1. Rest of the Year Bridal Planning Months = (October 1 to April 30)
  1. Bridal/Evening Dress Appointment –
    1. Friday, Saturday & Sunday – An $75 appointment booking fee will be required
    2. Monday to Thursday – NO FEE will be required
  1. Sample Sale Dress Appointment at either 72 Madison Ave. or 240 Madison Ave. location, during the week or on the weekend –
    1. An $35 appointment booking fee will be required on any day at either location during these rest of the year bridal planning months
  2. 2nd Bridal/Evening Dress Appointment
    1. Saturday – Another $75 appointment booking fee will be required if you come back on a Saturday during these rest of the year bridal planning months
    2. Monday to Thursday, Friday & Sunday – NO FEE will be required if you come back on these days during these rest of the year bridal planning months
  3. Accessories Appointment
    1. Saturday – An $75 appointment booking fee will be required
    2. NO FEE will be required if you come on Friday, Sunday (3:30pm – closing ONLY) & from Monday – Thursday
Use of Your Appointment Booking Fee, Cancellations & Re-scheduling of Your Appointment
  1. If you have ordered a brand-new wedding dress at Wedding Atelier during your 1st TIME VISIT, the appointment booking fee can be used to apply towards the balance of your dress purchase that day.
  1. If you DID NOT purchase a dress during your 1st TIME or 2nd TIME VISIT appointment, your appointment booking fee will not be returned. However, you will have 90 days (from the original appointment date) to use your appointment booking fee as a credit toward your purchase if you return.
  1. If you need to cancel your appointment, you’ll need to notify Wedding Atelier team in writing or by phone call
    1. 24-36 hours ahead for weekend bridal/evening/sample sale appointments
    2. 24 hours ahead for weekday sample sale appointments

to avoid being charged the full amount of the appointment booking fee and it will be NON-refundable.

  1. If you had already paid for an appointment but need to re-schedule your appointment
    1. your appointment booking fee will be refunded to you if the new booking date is more than 7 days from the original appointment date
    2. then a new appointment booking fee will be charged for that new appointment date

By reserving your appointment, you consent to receive phone calls, SMS &/or email messages from Wedding Atelier NYC pertaining to any appointment updates/reminders/alerts.

Wedding Atelier NYC reserves the right to change/modify/ this appointment booking fee terms and conditions at any time, with or without advanced notices.

1. For Bridal / Evening Dress Appointments on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday a $75 appointment booking fee will be required. The fee is processed at the time of the appointment booking.

2. For Bridal / Evening Dress Appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday NO FEE will be required for these weekday appointments.

3. For SAMPLE SALE appointments at either 72 Madison or 240 Madison location, either during the week or on the weekend: a $35 appointment booking fee will be required on any given days that either location is open for such appointment. The fee is processed at the time of the appointment booking.

4. If you have returned for a 2nd bridal / evening dress / sample sale appointment, you will be required to pay for the appointment book fee AGAIN.

5. If you have ordered a brand-new wedding dress at Wedding Atelier during the 1st TIME VISIT, the appointment booking fee can be used to offset the balance of the client’s dress purchase that day.

6. If you DO NOT purchase a dress during your appointment, whether it be the 1st TIME VISIT or 2nd TIME VISIT, your appointment booking fee will not be returned. However, you will have 90 days (from the original appointment date) to use your appointment booking fee as a credit to your purchase at Weddingatelier.com if you return.

7. If you need to cancel your appointment, you’ll need to notify Wedding Atelier NYC team
a. 36 hours ahead for weekend bridal/evening dress/sample sale appointments
b. 24 hours ahead for weekday sample sale appointments
to avoid being charged the full amount of the appointment booking fee and will be non-refundable.
