Frequently Asked Questions About Your Appointment
How many guests can I bring?
To keep every appointment comfortable in our limited space, we welcome a maximum of 3 guests — a party of 4 including you. On weekends this is a firm limit. We may be able to accommodate a larger group on a weekday, but only by arrangement — please call ahead to coordinate before you book. We’re not able to take larger groups that haven’t been arranged with us in advance.
Is there a booking or appointment fee?
Every day except Saturday is free to book – we simply hold your spot with a credit card. Saturday, our most-requested day, has a $75 fee charged when you book. Either way, please confirm by 5:00 PM, two days before your appointment, so we can hold your room and stylist.

All other days (Sunday-Friday): no fee – we just hold your spot with a card. A $75 no-show fee applies only if you neither cancel by your deadline nor show up.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Plans change — we’re always happy to find you a better time. Just reach us by 5:00 PM, two days before your appointment (email, text, or voicemail). Let us know in time and there’s no charge — we’ll happily rebook you. If we don’t hear from you by your deadline, we release your spot to another bride. On weekends and holidays especially, we may be unable to see you if you arrive without confirming. For how the Saturday $75 is handled, see Question 2 above.
